-Must be lv 80-90
-Any class(other than whip and warr)
-Must have a full runed set
-Idc what you put into the skills. Just dont put on random useless skills that isnt the accs class
-Max item pv, idc what other else pv it has
-few mill leftover in the bank
Budget is 14$
Prolly lowballing right here but meh

What do you mean by full runes, is it i3 f3 p3 e3 h3 or just h3?
