this is because e̶l̶i̶a̶t̶o̶p̶i̶a̶'̶s̶ ̶l̶i̶g̶h̶t̶i̶n̶g̶ ̶i̶s̶ ̶p̶o̶o̶p̶ eliatopia's lighting isn't the best. do you notice how virtually everything turns blue at night? Well, note how if you shoot facing different directions the lighting may or may not change. for some reason, robby thought it would be a good idea to add shading and lighting to a muzzle flash.
