I mean the entirety of the (really bad) rage update back in HH was based off of dbz so he probably does watch atleast the creme de la top.

Also Castlevania is an american animated series influenced by japanese animation so...basically just the Avatar debate all over again. Ignore that most- ahem, "gunman armor" sites have the japanese dub, the show was made with english in mind so- yeah we can't really call it an anime.
