Thankfully nowadays that is only possible if you're a filthy macro user, the human limit is, as far as I know, 3 heals per animation, maybe four depending on the keyboard you used (mechanicals arguably have more wiggle room, which makes healing require more speed). Essentially something like immediately going from 100 to 12000 is impossible to do for a human to do nowadays, and it's why the animation was so important. It makes cheaters obvious.
