Maybe their is a reason , Roby is certainly got more important things to do , also there might be a reason he hasn't replied or un-banned you , maybe you have done something else???

•Except for removing a pet from my slot but there was a lag so everything stopped and I restarted but when I opened it I was already banned.

•I didn't commit any fraud, I was playing happily when I thought of changing the pet's name so that I could level up, something else happened.

•When I released the pet that I didn't want, there was a lag and slowness of my chracter's action until it completely stopped.

•So I logged in again but I saw something different and I was banned.
