Idk being horrible isn't unique to one group.
I've seen some success with servers that cater
to people of similar language. The population
may just be to small at the moment.

Why dont they just put Staff on the game LOL, ya know the one that supervise the game, its not like they're not anyone who are willing to supervise the game, also make staff a mode. so that they can only turn it on and off, if its on they are doig the job of being a staff, and if its off theyre doing what players do. Having staff in a game is nessesary, but of course you need to pick a TRUSTWORTHY Person, also being a staff is not nessesary have OP powers. and also why dont you make a report system in the game, and the staff will punish the person if the evidence is passable. They are doing scamming, or whatever because they know they can run on it, they are not afraid. Sometimes making the players know the consequenses is a good thing, especially if there are STAFFS lurking around.......... Just saying ;p

There are many ways to stop them lol, its not like banning a region is the only solution. because i believe in the region. there are people who truly love the game, and also Please read at the top and Tell me if the idea is passable then ill suggest it...

I feel like banning whole regions isnt neccesary but the banning system for botting and hacking needs to be good. Also staff or mods with banning rights would help.

game just needs better moderation. the current system is just people reporting others on the forums, no real mods ingame ;p
