Good day rob, I the owner of IGN: coke_na_rc has some urgent concerns about my acc and your the one who's the owner of the game Helmet Heroes that can possibly help with my concerns.
as a player of this game
I use money as a investments on this game to build and book a powerful stats as a old player, I my self wasn't aware that holding a 3 pieces item namely "GOD Shield" is banable. and it was currently banned with the reason "DUPE ITEMS DETECTED ETC," and now as days goes by I feel empty about losing my acc because I do purchase and use my own money to invest through this game. And I see in the past few weeks you're unbanning the same reason as I got banned. I was wondering and hoping that there's still a chance for me and for my acc to be back and let the adventure begins again. I'm rooting for your kind responds through this email

It’s been very common for being banned by god items. Should have dropped them before the ban

I'm very sorry for the ban I was banned too recently for money dupe which I've haven't done. Due to inflation in the game everything became high priced so I started saving up to book and as soon as I got 2b(2,000,000,000) I was instantly banned for duping. I don't dupe because of ban but this was the first time I was banned. Again sorry for your ban, I wish you good luck
