ELiatopia / The middle path / An off cannon journey
Many years prior to the age of enlightenment. The planet was still developing.
The soul of the planet lay in a naturally occurring ooze. Not just cyclops people,
the pineal had manifested. The planet overflowed with uncommon sight.
The phenotype of Eliatopia was so unique it must be studied.

Another interesting area spoken of by elders, high above the caves and sub terrarium domains. The lost town
of Mount Ooze, a rainy mountainous region. Mysterious liquids with unusual abilities pump from ancient aquifers.
Wise hermits had migrated here for years to bath in the vortex and soak up ley lines. A mystery school of types till
Xantis became interested, now almost completely abandoned.

Day 2 outside the mountain. We are approached by a surly, horned fellow.
He is not happy to see us and asks that we go quietly. Renegades had warned
us this may or not work. Providing offering and words of passage and the
hermits demeanor changes. A strange tale unfolds.

From what the hermit says an animal like those of Earth farms will be found here.
A light tap may encourage production under ideal conditions.

Mt Oozes gem rich rocks leeched into waters causing unusual colors.
Mage and archer suggested we take shelter in an abandoned building to avoid the rain.
Abruptly woken by a low hum.

Dangerous little pack beasties attack pushing us forward.
Despite the noise of something large moving in the mountain we proceed.

Running to the mountain we are attacked again. 3 headed
beast with an arsenal of attacks whittling away our health.
Fending off the monster we find the small hole entrance
described by the hermit.

Inside we find 3 doors unmarked and unmentioned by the hermit.
After a short discussion about what door to try we guess.

Sorry, I forgot to mention door 2. A nasty ol rock troll.
He's been there forever and has worked up quite a temper.

Door 1 all you have to worry about is bloodsuckers.
Door 3 is a bit of a mystery to me, avoid prolonged exposure.
A lake and.. someone? my imagination, maybe.

The ghostly figure beckons to us. A sickly environment.
Thick fog obscuring view. Crossing the lake is dangerous
not to mention the bubbling and gurgling.

Bending an odd tree branch produces a walkway. We cross
to see the ghosts message. The walkway starts to descend
into the murky water and we must fight.

(exit door key obtained) You have defeated the army of the lake!

Technologies here can barely be imagined. Massive vacuums suck moisture from the air,
large bulbous apparatus collect energy. An enclosed terrarium showcases and produces local
flora. Escalators and moving walkaways show the way. Locals and aliens alike gather at the nearby
visitor center. Food, beverages and jobs can be taken here offering quick cash and diversion.
Beware pickpockets and scammers, local enforcement have their hands tied.
A huge metal green bean sits atop a tall pole accessible by ladder. Centrally located, this
command center oversees daily business in the city.
