Colorization rework

The colorizer was actually a really nice addition, but it is fairly limited and could use some improvements.
1) Remove (or at least SIGNIFICANTLY reduce) the cost to actually colorize your item. This gets pretty expensive, and considering you already had to buy the colorizer itself, why do you have to pay to use it as well? Not to mention the gear itself is already incredibly expensive to buy and upgrade. To compensate slightly, maybe give the colorizer a small bump in price from 12 emeralds up to 15.
2) Changing the actual coloring mechanic:
I'm not sure how exactly the best way to implement this would be, but in its current way, it's pretty limiting and only certain sets actually can change into nice colors, and there is no black or white which a lot of players want. I'm thinking something along the lines of "replacing purple with red" type of thing, where whatever part of the armor is purple, would then become red. And allowing us to chose different shades of each color would be cool too, similar to how we can select different color text on the forums should be sufficient. Again, not too sure what the easiest / best way would be to do this, but I think it's something that would be much appreciated.
