Icicle Bomb

Throws an Ice Bomb, dealing DMG and 5% to freeze for 1.5 secs

Max Upgrades = 4
DMG = 350%
DMG per Upgrade = +35%
( 35 x 4 = 140 + 350 = 490% )
MP = 15
MP per Upgrade = 2
( 2 x 4 = 8 + 15 = 23 )
Freeze Chance = 5%
Freeze Chance per Upgrade = +1%
( 1 x 4 = 4 + 5 = 9% )

Question: Why do you want Icicle Bomb Skill?
Answer: Magic Breath is Useless to High Leveled Players, so it's no use.
Conclusion: Magic Breath is a WASTE of MP, that's why players rarely use it. I'm Saying the Truth, MR. Robby.
