Remove the corpse in medium graphic

Idk whats the purpose of this corpses its not making the game more realistic but its more like annoying.

Now that you can see through them + shoot/hit through them, I don't see a point in removing this feature. No support.

Why can't you switch it like transparency? That would be useful.

Yeah, an option to disable them would be great. I personally find them very annoying and the only reason I play on low quality is because of them lol.

Medium-quality player here. I would prefer keeping my corpses on, thank you.
