Buff Poison Rune's Damage from 4 to 5.

Mainly suggesting this to balance it out with poison resistance. That and, well, it'll be rendered garbage against high-HP mobs like Gal Roaches, Feral Beasts, and especially Cionic and Multiplex Cortex.

Don't make nubs with pellet spitter stronger in pvp, gunners and archers have good damage with ice rune. And mages and warriors already have good damage with a field or with rage.

I know, but they kind of lower the target's defense, which increases your damage and doesn't seem to have any resistance from enemies yet.

I think Ice Resistance from enemies already exists, unless the iRes stat in the Ice mobs somehow doesn't work.

It's sad that it doesn't show up in the eliapedia and I can't know how much ice is less effective for this monster.
