For Dark runes characteristics and usages.
In attack weapons: Its gives mild/average of 2x double damage from the main damage of a weapon. EX: element wand power is 109 but releasing damage of it is 200 dmg exact. <Then the releasing dmg may doubled by 400dmg(when attacking enemy).
In Character's Items/Suit: Its gives a mild/average percent of quick avoidance to combat an enemy.
For Light runes characteristics and usages.
In attack weapons: Its gives mild/average percent chance of blinding a enemy when combat an enemy.
In Character's Items/Suits: Its gives a mild/average percent of fast running and walking of a character or when combat an enemy.(if no light runes in every items, the more chance of decreasing of character's movements.)(-I based it for how light travels so fast in universe. Haha:)
Because of the usages and features above, it may sells it them by in higher prices.

Imagine a warrior dealing 1mill damage and with this dark rune that doubles it. To 2mill with rage one smash can blow the whole world of eliatopia.
