Guild co-leader.

Idea is preety simple-add an option for guild leader to choose co-leader that will be able only to add/remove guild members. As an addition for rare but possible circumstances if leader will decide to leave guild, co-leader automatically becomes new guild leader with same option to choose co-leader. This should also be able when guild leader gets banned for longer than one month. Not to forget, guild leader should always be able to pick up someone else as co-leader in case previous one will decide he don't want to be one or will turn to not be best fit for it.

Support. I mentioned an internal guild ranking system in a suggestion a long time ago. I'd like to see more than just a co-leader, but this is a good start.
