Decrease amount of mp for arrow hoard

Lower the mp needed for this, it consumes too much mp, archers will have to have more mp than mages or eat all the time lol

I dunno, the skill is pretty OP. Maybe just nerf it to 1 mp per level instead of 2 per upgrade.

yeah kinda silly to have it shred that much mp, arrow hoard is pretty much archer's main attack (standard is so useless that nobody even TRIES to use it, it's merely there as a last resort for anyone above level 20), so it being an MP hog is a bit extreme.
