Since the Eliapedia is organized by where their at, think you can modify some monsters' placements in the Eliapedia? Namely...

Ice Block (findable in the gas station area; before Ground Spitters)
Razor Ice (findable near cabin area)
P-SIcle (findable alongside Rafflesias)
Waffle Cone (findable in the mountain before the Red Leaf Hills caves)
Fernip and Policeman (findable after Claystones, Mandrakes, and Tesla Crawlers)
Cionic Organism (findable after Fernips and Policemen)
Shellshockers (I think storywise, it's supposed to come after Cionic Organism, but at the same time, one can find Shellshockers before entering the Nature Factory, so I dunno.)
Azulong (findable after Shroom Warriors)
Scrap Bot (Findable after Azulongs)

Cionic might technically be "before" shellshockers, but you need to beat him to pass the guard in the same area, which many shellshocker-level players will not do beforehand. Clearly, in that case, they are obviously going to be met first, therefore they take priority in the eliapedia.
