There is alot of stuff that honestly will never be bought and it just closes space for lower level players to ever use.

A stick can be bought by literally anyone, costs like 10 coins. Every other bin having a mephisto is wack tho. There are like 4 high lvl whipmasters.

Level cap on different areas sounds interesting, Wouldn't mind that.

Why tho? Like the bins basically have turned into a place to dump expensive gear that no one wants. it's going to take literally forever for these items to be bought from the bins.

Yeah I swear I've come across two separate chests with runed manipulator legs for whatever reason. And there's high level equipment in the beginning areas for who knows what reason. Support.
