Pepper Ice Cream = Increased STRENGH Stat for 2 Mins.
Mint Ice Cream = Increased ARCHERY Stat for 2 Mins.
Grape Ice Cream = Increased MAGIC Stat for 2 Mins.
Pineapple with Choco Drops Ice Cream = Increase ARTILLERY Stat for 2 Mins.
Dragon Fruit Ice Cream = Increase FINESSE Stat for 2 Mins.
Choco and Vanilla Ice Cream = Increase ALL STATS such as HP, MP, DEF and CRIT.

But he didn't say anything about how to get them. Maybe you can buy them in some ice area for high levels
