An updated Eliatopia website

Now that the game is in beta I think it would be appropriate to work and revamping the current Eliatopia website.

The current Eliatopia website has not been touched in years.

The site as we know is just plain up boring to look at. It's just the game taking up the majority of the screen and times new roman font + a download.
I don't have any idea how to make a website all I know is that is boring to look at, in stark contrast to the actual game. One of my biggest gripes with the current site is the download banner. Some things that used to happen to me, was that I would accidentally click the download button way too often when the site was loading on accident (Until I installed a google extension to make it so I can delete website features for me)

I think it's time for the website to finally get a revamp in what I believe is 2 years now.

Agreed website deserves a makeover but I think it should be placed very low on the priority list right now. Elia can use so much more things ingame that would give a much larger benefit. Plus, I don't know if even a lot of players currently use the web version, I think majority of players use desktop and mobile, I could be wrong on that tho.

Yea, the website does definitely need some love. The main reason is that I'm only one person, so if I take time to work on the website then that will take away from development on the actual game. Which I think right now, players would rather the focus be on the game.
