i think there is the way to fix it, the monster you kill drop things and coin and only you can pick it up and other player cant and if they try the system will said:"this item is belong to someone else" and if you kill a monster and left without pick it, those thing now belong to everyone

How it would have to work on bosses, for example on colossal. It takes many players (or few whipmasters) to kill it, so one of them doing last hit and takes the loot. And everyone else only gets xp? Bad reward system.
