Poison resistense nerf

Make poison resistance as a percentage as it works with other resistances
. Even with the addition of the new stage of poison runes it will not become more useful in pvp.

Problem is Robby wanted weapons and classes to do the same damage regardless (which I personally disagree with), which was more in-line with Cinos' point of view towards the idea of PVP buffs. Honestly the only way I know how to do it now is to find a way to balance speed with power.
