Teleport Arrow

My idea is a new skill for archers called Teleport Arrow (The name isn't that great this is only the idea). Basically the skill will work like this you shoot your arrow while holding v and shoot where ever you want and you will teleport in that exact spot that you shot. Now it will have a cool down of maybe 5 seconds or so but as you upgrade the skill the cool down will be less. Also you are probably wondering can't you just roll,well I have thought of that when you are teleport create like a sonic wave to hurt your enemy (to do a bit of damage while you heal) and this will be a branch to the Teleport Arrow skill and as you upgrade it will have more damage and a bigger radius. This idea can be worked on a lot and I am open to suggestions I might not respond to all of them but still leave them.

Quick run through:
By pressing left click and c you can shoot a arrow.

Cool down for five seconds as you upgrade it you it will be less.

Creates a small sonic wave every time you teleport (this will be a branch) as you upgrade it will have a bigger radius.

Costs 20 mana points after all upgrades are done.
