So yeah, theres some high leveled players that have high spots on the leaderboards that have been banned. I think it would make sense that once a player is banned they should be removed from the leaderboards and their levels should not count towards a guilds total levels. Some example players are HakimPlays1 -Humble- and ughngelo

I support this, but at the same time, that is something I don't think can be done.

Makes sense, moral support.

Yes all the way, having guilds be able to gain something from obvious cheating is a failure in the design of the game. Sure, a player is banned, but what if someone cheated with an alt, got that alt banned, but kept the reward of free guild levels even after that? That should NOT be possible.

The only time I can see this being a problem is with banned leaders, because if some kind of false ban happens (I dunno, someone forgets to turn off a VPN? Those are possible 1 day bans in other games) everyone would get kicked out and an entire guild would get deleted, since if a leader leaves, the guild's gone too.
