Increased Precision in EXP % Rate

Okay, so when EXP ratings were changed from numbers to %, albeit to mixed response, the percent rating isn't all that accurate given higher-end players have to gain six-figure or even seven-figure EXP values in order to level up. Can you perhaps make % value accurate to, say, a thousandth of a percent? Thanks.

I think having a settings where you can customize everything would end this whole headache

Good idea! I'll add 2 decimals worth of precision for next update.
