Three Birds: Bog Bird, Coconut Bird, and Cassowary

Well, I'm gonna bring back two HH-era birds that I've made before Helmet Heroes was retired. Here they are.:

Image

They were, at the time, Robby's favorite birds out of the huge load of birds I've made. At the time, I felt the only way to make birds better was to add more birds into the game and make their drop values worth their rather dismal spawn rates, and I did have merit at the time since the birds in Helmet Heroes wouldn't threaten anyone higher than Level 100 unless they had a bad build.

This time, I'm basically bringing two of the birds I've made back for the sake of improving the game's monster variation. Granted Robby was interested in my Cassowary as well, and I personally would really like to fight one, but still. Eh, might as well bring it back too.

Anyway, for the Bog Bird, here are its stats since I'd like to see it in the Muck Swamp.:

Name: Bog Bird
HP: 56
Defense: 14
Power: 28
Weight: 40 lbs
Eliapedia Entry: Covered in moss from the Muck Swamp, the Bog Bird flies despite its heavy weight and lousy wingspan. It preys on fish, which it usually hunts by hiding in its grassy cover pretending to be a patch of underwater plants. This grassy camouflage can full a Swamp Crab, although Swamp Crabs are strong enough to fend off a Bog Bird attack. The Bog Bird also eats lizards, snails, small turtles, and snakes. The Bog Bird's swampy coat allows it to resist venomous snakebites, making it a decent predator of rattlesnakes and cottonmouths. While Bog Birds aren't as smart as Earth's crows, they do have their fair share of intelligence. Bog Birds have engaged in tool use; they used sticks lined with honey they extract from beehives in order to dig out ants and termites and feed them to their hatchlings.

As for the Coconut Bird, well...

Name: Coconut Bird
HP: 450
Defense: 30
Power: 105
Weight: 540 lbs
Sound: https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/ ... t_Bird.mp3
Eliapedia Entry: Coconut birds are huge palmlike birds that reside in the tropics. Coconut Birds are omnivorous creatures, eating fruits off of trees and creatures such as Leaflings and Rafflesias. Coconut birds may also eat Night Stalkers, but the Stalkers the birds usually prey on are either old or sickly. Healthy Night Stalkers are only able to be preyed on by Scorpees and Beholders. Since Coconut Bird eggs resemble coconuts, Coconut Birds would often bury the eggs in order to keep them hidden from animals that may mistake the eggs for real coconuts. Unlike the eggs of Chirplets, which are as plentiful as chicken eggs on Earth, the eggs of a Coconut Bird are a delicacy used to make rich curry. Coconut bird eggs are usually mixed in with either Batling meat or cayenne and habanero peppers in order to make the curry give out a nice kick.

Cassowary

So yeah, I always wanted to see a Cassowary in an RPG ever since I learned that those bird are NOT to be messed with. Because of this, I made the cassowary for Eliatopia (Yeah, I think the feet should be a separate part from the legs to allow cleaner animations, but this is just a demonstration image showing how those things walk and attack):

Yeah, to make it seem monstrous, I based the cassowary off the ones from Total Dramarama...

Anyway, here are its parts:

As for the Eliapedia entry, here it is.:

HP: 320
Defense: 27
Power: 75
EXP: 55 (calculated)
Weight: 400 lbs (calculated through square-cube law)
Eliapedia Entry: Cassowaries are aggressive Earth birds that somehow appeared on Eliatopia. When threatened or angered, cassowaries are not afraid of spazzing out at opponents, kicking at them with its clawed feet. Because of this, cassowaries manage held their own against grunts and stalkers and are one of few creatures to stand up to scorpees thanks to their poison resistance. Despite their aggression, cassowaries are herbivores, with their favorite fruit being plums.
Drops: Plum (NEW!), Carving Fork, Banana Mask, Banana Suit, Kunai, Machete, Eggplant Helmet, Eggplant Suit, Eggplant Legs, Eggplant Staff, Hunting Rifle, Sniper Rifle, Stage 3 Sharpening Stone, Stage 1 Poison Rune (Stage 1, Rob, NOT Stage 3, Stage 1)

Yes, Rob, I'm trying a new mechanic with the Cassowary: POISON RESISTANCE! Yep, the Cassowary will be resistant to poison.

By the way, here's the plum:

So yeah, three birds. Mhmm.
