i've noticed that when a player is offline or even banned you can message him/her i think what that should get disabled mean (to can send private messages only to online players)

Thanks, this does seem like a basic need. I went ahead and added this in, which took a bit more work that I originally thought. So it will be in the next patch, which will either be today or next week.
