He's one person going through thousands of posts every day you can't really blame him for not being able to address every issue. It's not that he doesn't care, he's probably overwhelmed tbh.

You guys expect Robby to be some superhero and it simply is not realistic. Being a lone developer for a mmo game is known as one of the hardest jobs in itself, and you expect him to manage a constantly changing community. Usually other people could help with this, but unfortunately I think he has a hard time trusting people to do the right thing because of previous experiences in his other titles. One minute you ask for more updates, and the next expect him to ban a dozen different people that have questionable evidence for or against them. The job is simply too big for one person which is unfortunate in some ways but that's the way life goes.
