Life Steal Rune

Not sure if this would be a horrible idea, but whatever.

Basically, this rune would have a chance to regenerate player health upon damaging the enemy. Essentially a reverse crit.

Stage 1: 10% chance to heal 1 HP upon hitting an enemy.
Stage 2: 20% chance to heal 1 HP upon hitting an enemy.
Stage 3: 30% chance to heal 1 HP upon hitting an enemy.

It could also be:

Stage 1: 10% chance to heal 1 HP upon hitting an enemy.
Stage 2: 10% chance to heal 2 HP upon hitting an enemy.
Stage 3: 10% chance to heal 3 HP upon hitting an enemy.

Cost to apply to weapon: (Power Of Weapon * Attacks Per Minute) * 3

An ok idea, but I don’t think anyone’s going to use that because there’s a regen skill in the game.

Thanks, I actually have plans to add such a rune. First will be the ice rune, and then once that is added some sort of "evil life sucking rune" will be added. I'm not sure when at the exact moment, but I do have planned to add such a rune.
