Bullet/Arrow Variation

Possibly some variations for arrows and bullets that could be more expensive? It just feels kind of boring to be buying a mountain of the exact same thing. The variations would differ from runes. Oh, and to switch between multiple, you would equip them as you would with weapons.
Here are some I had in mind because why not:
Bullets:
High Velocity Bullets: Bullets travel much faster, and deal 1.2x damage. (5 coins)
Large Caliber Rounds: Bullets deal 1.5x damage, but fire rate is reduced by 100. (8 coins)
Material Penetration Rounds: Bullets ignore 10 defense and pierce enemies. (15 coins)
Arrows:
Sharpened Arrows: Arrows will pierce through enemies if attack power is higher than enemy defense. (6 coins)
Rusted Arrows: Enemies hit by the arrow have 10 reduced defense and attack power for 5 seconds. (20 coins)
Feathered Arrows: Arrows fly further. (10 coins)
