Gonna promote a cutscene idea here:
Here's the description Mikel provided: "Some sort of cutscene concept where an agent tells xantis that theres invaders (us) on eliatopia"
Yes, that is a Swastika; what did you expect from Xantis: a character I've drawn to resemble Hitler? Though ideally, that could be switched out for this flag by Troopas:

Okay here's the thing, I know Xantis IS basically just Eliatopian hitler, but thematically it doesn't make much sense for him to have swastikas as his symbol, since that's an earth thing. Xantis as a complete piece of shιt has his own antihuman ideals, so a symbol representing the nazis is not really fitting for him.
tl;dr just because he's hitler doesn't mean he's LITERALLY hitler, ya know?

I mean Mikel wouldn't care since its only a concept, really, but yeah, you're right when it comes to mixing and matching (though being fair, Hitler is a bit of an antihuman himself). Maybe the better idea would be stealing one of Troopas' flags:

Yeah that flag is nice, also Hitler might have done crimes against humanity but he was too stuck up his own αss to admit they were against humanity cause something something he didn't like jews and he failed art school.

The flag is wrong, looks like the flag of North Korea, a communist country, while Xantis is supposed to have a fascist ideology (like you just said, is supposed to resemble hitler, a fascist leader). Also the fact Troopas just removed the star in the DPRK flag, and replaced it with a elitopian head with a star, shows lack of creativity.
