Dash and deal more damage then tp'ing to the first target then getting a huge movspeed buff for .25s
Kind of like master yi in league, but ya get it, some more mobility

I mean being fair to Ninja Slash, the attacks it does to foes do feel instantaneous. At least that's how they felt to me. I would like either a slight end lag reduction or a reduced MP cost, tho.
