Maybe a yellow version of what comes out when casting homing arrow, with rays around it.
The bigger the EXP dropped, the larger it becomes.
Something like that.

Anyone care to explain why not?
It is a sacrifice and I hardly know the reason why it should not be dropped, being careless should have its price and beneficiary.

For the very simple and probably obvious fact that allowing players to pick up 20% or more of a guy's exp will lead to nothing but trouble.
