Assigning of roles and a guild authority aside from the guild leader

I suggest that there would be a customized assignation of roles within a guild.
Instead of being named as members they can be changed accordingly to what the guild leader wants. [e.g troops, soldiers]
It would be also nice to have a second body of authority aside from the guild leader.
This 2nd body of authority can kick and accept new members of the guild. Having this would really help a lot specially when the leader is busy doing something else, the 2nd authority would be the one responsible in the absence of the leader.
