Balancing moment + sentry idea

I don't know what to say, other than this is crazy. I'm wearing a helmet and body from the first factory, boots from Renegades, and legs (paladin) and a sword from cheapo's. Nothing in the game really can kill me, and the only two enemies that I really cannot kill are znake and steel block. Armor is pretty much pointless to buy, because I can just drop points into defense, and the damage bonus from armor does nothing.

I really don't need to invest into more armor or defense until an enemy has around 270-300 power. Now, that is not accounting for the bonus from rage, so with that factored in, I don't really need to invest more into armor or defense until an enemy has 330-350 power. Of course, health is still also an investment, which means it is possible for me to go even further without having to actually invest into more defense. As for weapons, there isn't really a point in me to getting a stronger weapon, until more enemies start approaching znake and steelblock armor/hp stats.

As for sentries, it would be interesting if you could hit the bomb back at the sentries. Would make it easier for warriors to kill sentries, so they do not have to corner a sentry to kill it.

Bruh, we at a point in the game where (as far as I can tell from personal experience at least, but you can ask cowboys and mages for their word) you NEED the latest gear to take on a good chunk of the mobs in the game. I would know; it's tough for me to take on Auroch Beetles and Gal Roaches with full H2 Lunatic gear and a Back Igneous Rock, never mind Steel Blocks and Znakes.

Really you only need the weapons. Perhaps its different for warriors but both archers and cowboy rarely take damage because of their range, and mages have protection field (since it was visually revamped it is actually useable now). The real need is for more damage, which you gain almost nothing from with upgrading your armor, and speaking from a cowboy perspective, we get screwed on accessories too compared to other classes anyway. In addition to that, adding points to your class stat also hardly increases your damage, given there is no way to increase stats other than leveling, it should give much more of an increase in my opinion. According to Robby, the new mobs were created for "late 40's to mid 50's" in terms of levels. Given it takes me (level 75 maxed out cowboy) forever to kill Znakes and steel blocks, I can only imagine the mobs actually meant for level 70's and 80's will be un-killable.

So yes, fully support a big revamp of armor, damage, and everything alike.
