Peirce Bullet for Gunman

We all know that only few players are Gunman. Adding this Skill "Peirce Bullet" where they get a chance to one hit the mobs when it penetrates would make the Gunman extra OP
.

The point of the game is to not make one class "extra op" in your words. That would just ruin the meta again. No.
