New General Skill: Coin Magnet

As we all have experienced picking up coins that are far away is a pain as we play on 2.5D eliatopia, so I reccomend adding a coin magnet skill that collects the coin by a certain distance, so we wont have to properly alighn our characters with the coin

As long as the radius isn't too large, I support this. The current radius for the auto-pickup is very small.

This is why Robby should also add a global cooldown for items and money from mobs
