There was a community poll in March, adding new sets was at the BOTTOM of the list for what players voted they wanted. That is why they haven't been added in yet, the players chose balancing and new mobs instead, which is what the previous 2 updates have been. All of your suggestions are useless because they are not even suggestions, they are just demands with no details or ideas included.
