everytime i passs area 12 or area1 noobs always asks me help where to go? and i dont think its fair for them and plus i got my own thing to do. help me

What is the exact part where you are noticing players are getting stuck/confused on?

Probably the part with the sewers/factory, and that crabs are pretty much impossible to kill, so they might think that there are other enemies they are supposed to kill first. I remember asking about adding some quest thingy a year ago, so players can have an idea on what to do next.
