Update Drops (Vendor Rant)

Ok, so I generally feel that the equipment (excludes rune .... cause that's not equipment) that monsters drop currently are crap.
Why do I think this?: Item Vendors. To clarify, people are clearly not buying s*** whatsoever (lines upon lines of equipment)
And it's all the same stuff! (I'm not saying make something like an opal set a common drop, but atleast make something like that uncommon/rare or something)
"Possible" ways to solve this flooding of items at Vendors
1: Give early monsters more uncommon (valuable) drops.
2: Early monsters (bouncer monsters excluded, except maybe spiked squishers) up to ummm Rafflesia, should have a rare chance of dropping a piece of an equipment set from the ooze factory at random (No, the bronze set should not be obtainable for free .... sorry, so everything that costs less than *that*) + No, they don't drop the WHOLE set, but maybe up to 2 pieces of it (flashbacks of Block Bots never dropping the Future Set for me ...)
3: All items should be sorted together by name, so comparison is easier (Hate seeing 1 odd musket after scrolling down like 3 pages of straw hats), still occurs after you specify "weapons" on the top ...
4: Place a level cap and a minimum of equipment that can be sold at that specific vendor. IE - Teplar Lv 5-20 equipment only, Alion City - Lv 30+ (until new area ... with a vendor.) (I know level requirements aren't shown on equipment, but is there a way to let this happen? + This unfortunately won't stop the 50+ straw hats, rip.)
TL;DR - Want to give the game's early leveled population more ways to sell/buy better equipment, other then relying on the selling of 200 straw hats or being lucky and finding a rune .... lmao.
