Game UI that displays skills available and being on use

Replace the chat box with a skill viewer.
The chat would be retractable, there is a little bubble chat image that when click it opens the chat tab, and the player is able to fold it back whenever they want.
The skill displays the current weapon class skills.
As skills works quite differently each, the skills would not be clickable (unless the staff figure out a way to do so effectively of course)
The key used to activate the skill could be customizable. (On setting: customize keybinding: allow change all available keys to others, movement, skills, actions, etc).
The skill displayer displays:
- when the skill is ready to be used
- when it is being on-use
- when it is in cooldown
If the skill haven´t been unlocked, there is a lock image on it´s place (or other way to visually tell the skill isn´t unlocked)
The cast-able skills (auras like the archer aura, or cloud like the mage cloud, or the aura of warriors) should be displayed on a side of the screen with the time remaining) (The time left could be displayed with a clock-like layer that tells how much time left the skill has, or could be displayed with number count-down instead).
If the skill can be casted more than once like the mage skill, each casted cloud has this countdown image displaying each one respective remaining time.
