Nerf health/mana regen

It makes the point of food obsolet, as you regen without needing them at all.
One way to nerf would be to only start to regen after not using skills and not receiving damage for x seconds.
Other way would be to switch the regen to be related to damage caused, like a life/mana leech. (x% chance to leech x% of your total hp/mp each critical hit) (and a secondary skill bonus below it that "recover x% mana/hp after killing a monster")
Other way would be to reduce the amount of mp and hp recovered, but it is quite meh nerf.
Other way would be to increase the time per regen to 10 seconds or so, this nerf is meh too.
I think it is cool to regen mp and hp, but currently feels quite broken imo
