rolling and regen

i think rolling should take about maybe 6 mp when use becuase it too op and for the regen maybe we can pls a specfic button to use regen mp used 10. lasts proably 8 secs. (i dont know what the*********** im saying.)

maybe have the healing toggleable or smt

it does use 6 mp if maxed.
