Some way to toggle the day/night cycle (only visually)

A way to toggle the day night cycle would be nice, especially when you play on the lowest quality at night. Everything looks super dim compared to the other settings.
Lowest quality
Medium quality
You can see there's a significant difference in the brightness.
If toggling the day/night cycle is bad, maybe just a brightness setting so we can see the game better?
