Archer Hitting Cursor

I think it would be better if the arrow hit the Cursor everytime you press "C"
So you'll just need to drag your Cursor everywhere you want to shoot while pressing "C"
Because every time I press "C", My Archer will shot in the last area I clicked before.

This would actually be better. Problem is, this mechanic is probably one of those "works on PC, not on mobile" deals, so its best to leave it be.

Oh, by the way, the thing you're looking for is called a "crosshair."
