Boss Rebalancing

So, of the concerns people have with Eliatopia, one of the concerns was bosses being... Well... Ridiculously easy. Granted this would mostly have to do with most of the community being nowhere near the target audience level, but I did my own research into the subject, and it turns out bosses are easy to kill even when the audience IS at the target level intended, especially given bosses are meant to be fought by a group of three players. As such, I've made an Excel file containing five worksheets and a set of instructions for how to balance bosses out (which are put in a Word document). All this would be too much to put into a forum post, so I've uploaded them all onto Mediafire just like I did with the monster sound effects.
