Revamped the Grenade skill on Cowboys

so yeah i'm having a hard time using grenades coz it's not effective in grinding or anything else I can't control the grenades properly hahahaha

so i'm thinking that instead of pressing the "b" button to throw grenades, why not hold "b" then click on the screen where the grenade should go at
