Anyways, here's ice-zilla, the boss that drops a rune that doesn't event exist yet, the "ice rune"

This should come with the Ice Ogres Flashlight made in a snowy mountain update (or anything snow/ice themed). The exclusive drop of this region is the ice rune capable of freezing any mob on the spot.
