In-game Report Button !

Okay, so I was just reading the TERMS OF SERVICES of ELIATOPIA for fun since the server is down....
and I found something strange in it...
It says there is an IN-BUILT REPORT Button in the game...
I SPENT ALL MY LIFE TRYING TO FIND THAT REPORT BUTTON IN GAME !!
and yet, I still don't know where it is...
