Double XP:

I would recommend double XP on certain days like every Sunday, this would motivate players to farm much more I think as it might be faster and the double XP could last from like 12:00 PM to 12:00 AM and then you have to wait another week for it to start double XP again.

gud idea just there few disadvantage:
players who cant play on sunday will be at severe disadvantage
also this might lead to much more toxic behaviour like bugging to get ops for more xp, stealing spot etc
