Hey there. So... Looking at the JSON files for enemies, I noticed that Hellshags and Batlings all cook about as long as normal enemies do. This doesn't make sense as both Hellshags and Batlings use fire as an attack. In Pokemon, fire enemies are immune to being burned in addition to being resistant to moves of their own type. In the Epic Battle Fantasy series, fire-elemental enemies can HEAL when hit with fire-elemental moves or inflicted with the Burn status effect.
For the Hellshag and the Batling, why not reduce the burn time to 1 to 3 seconds? That makes a lot more sense.

Re: Fire Enemies
I don't think its a big deal really ..... unless fire equipment is in the making, in which case .... probably a different story.

Re: Fire Enemies
That would be an interesting element to the game where you'd have to keep different status effect weapons for elementally different enemies. Another example would be slimes healing upon being inflicted with the poison effect. Can't think of how much HP the enemies would heal yet.Flashlight237 wrote: ↑Fri Aug 07, 2020 7:43 amfire-elemental enemies can HEAL when hit with fire-elemental moves or inflicted with the Burn status effect
